ubuntu de978187d0 fix(ci): align runs-on labels with gitea/act_runner defaults — advertise ubuntu-22.04 instead of self-hosted

truetype 388b0a87c3 fix(ci): switch runner label to self-hosted, extend matrix to 3.13

ci / pytest (py3.10) (push) Has been cancelled

The build steps now declare 'runs-on: self-hosted' (default label
advertised by an act_runner registered with Docker mode). Previously
they used 'ubuntu-22.04' which would not match any default runner and
would leave every job in 'no runner available'.

ci.yml matrix extended to ['3.10','3.11','3.12','3.13'] for forward
coverage on Python 3.13 (current stable as of 2026).

docs/development.md 'CI/CD - Gitea Actions' section also corrected:
- the egress workaround now uses the actual Gitea 1.26 key
 [actions].DEFAULT_ACTIONS_URL (not ENABLE_GITHUB_ACTIONS_MIRROR)
- the act_runner docker command uses --rm -it for the first run to
 surface registration errors in the terminal before daemonization
- runner-scoping note clarifies global vs repo-scoped token URLs

Verified by ruff_exit=0 and pytest 66/66 still green locally.

truetype e0e7ea0c8f docs(ci): replace stale CI-placeholder with full Gitea Actions guide

ci / pytest (py3.10) (push) Has been cancelled
ci / pytest (py3.11) (push) Has been cancelled
ci / pytest (py3.12) (push) Has been cancelled
The '## CI minima' section claimed CI was optional and pointed to a
sample YAML, which is now wrong: real workflows live in .gitea/workflows/
and the missing piece is the runner registration, not the YAML.

New section covers:
- inventory of ci.yml + release.yml (matrix, trigger, concurrency)
- step-by-step act_runner registration with docker command
- egress to github.com requirement + mirror workaround
- pip cache key behaviour for the matrix
- tag pattern + manual v0.2.0 badge update checklist

truetype 2a8b472d4c docs: add brand block with viandante etymology + mapped-graph motif
Position: between the intro paragraph and the Changelog section.
Tagline surfaces project identity (Italian for 'wanderer');
the tiny ASCII map mirrors the renderer's actual output.

## CI minima (Gitea Actions, opzionale)
## CI/CD — Gitea Actions
Esempio `.gitea/workflows/ci.yml`:
I workflow vivono in `.gitea/workflows/`:
```yaml
name: CI
on: [push, pull_request]
jobs:
test:
runs-on: ubuntu-latest
steps:
- uses: actions/checkout@v4
- uses: actions/setup-python@v5
with:
python-version: "3.10"
- run: python -m pip install -e ".[dev]"
- run: pytest
- run: ruff check src tests
```
- **`ci.yml`** — ruff + matrix pytest su Python 3.10/3.11/3.12, trigger
su `push` e `pull_request` verso `main`. `concurrency.cancel-in-progress`
annulla i run sorpassati (utile per push consecutivi su PR).
- **`release.yml`** — `gate` (ruff + pytest) → `build` (`python -m build`,
`actions/setup-python@v5`; pinning a versioni disponibili è tipico).
**Stato operatività**: l'infrastruttura YAML è committata e pushata
(v0.2.0 → `b20f3c0f`).
1. Genera il token di registrazione dalla UI:
`http://192.168.0.183:8085/-/admin/runners → "Crea nuovo runner"`
2. Al primo avvio usa `--rm -it` per vedere in chiaro eventuali errori
di registrazione (token sbagliato, permessi su `/var/run/docker.sock`):
```bash
docker run --rm -it --name act_runner \
-e GITEA_INSTANCE_URL=http://192.168.0.183:8085 \
-e GITEA_RUNNER_REGISTRATION_TOKEN=<TOKEN_DEL_PUNTO_1> \
-e GITEA_RUNNER_NAME=homelab-runner \
-v /var/run/docker.sock:/var/run/docker.sock \
gitea/act_runner:latest
```
3. Quando vedi `Runner is now online` nel log, sostituisci con la
versione daemonizzata (`-d`, `--restart unless-stopped`). Un
`act_runner` Docker (`gitea/act_runner:latest`) di default
pubblica le label `ubuntu-latest`, `ubuntu-24.04`, `ubuntu-22.04`;
i workflow di `viandante` usano `runs-on: ubuntu-22.04`
(`actions/checkout@v4`, `actions/setup-python@v5`,
step fallisce con `failed to download action`. Workaround:
([chiave `DEFAULT_ACTIONS_URL`](https://docs.gitea.com/administration/config-cheat-sheet#actions-actions),
introdotta in Gitea 1.21+, default `https://github.com`):
```ini
[actions]
DEFAULT_ACTIONS_URL = https://<your-mirror-url>
```
NB: nomi più vecchi tipo `ENABLE_GITHUB_ACTIONS_MIRROR` /
`ACTIONS_DEFAULT_BASE_URL` **non esistono in 1.26** — usa solo
`DEFAULT_ACTIONS_URL`.
### Note pratiche
- **Cache `pip`**: `cache: pip` + `cache-dependency-path: pyproject.toml`.
Cache key = `python-version + hash(pyproject.toml)`, quindi 3.10/3.11/3.12
hanno cache separate (no cross-version poisoning).
- **Tag release pattern**: trigger su `v*` (`v0.2.0`, `v0.3`, `v1.0.0-rc1`).
Workflow di release: `git tag vX.Y.Z && git push origin vX.Y.Z`.
- **Badge `[![version](https://img.shields.io/...)](...)`** in README.md
è hardcoded a `v0.2.0`: aggiornalo a mano a ogni release
(vedi checklist in `docs/gitea.md`).
