fix: EnhancedCLI timeout e fallback a CLI semplice

- Rimosso CursorShape.BEAM che causa hang su alcuni terminali
- Aggiunto timeout 30s con fallback a CLI semplice
- Cattura KeyboardInterrupt, EOFError, OSError per hang
- Signal handler per Ctrl+C in EnhancedCLI
