Fix completion scripts: remove remaining maxclaw references

- Rewrote langcode.bash with full unified CLI support
- Rewrote langcode.zsh with full unified CLI support
- All commands: chat, server, tui, config, analytics, dashboard, version
- Config subcommands: list, add, remove, use, active, test, export, import, search
