Phase 19: Unified CLI entry point (maxclaw.py)

- Single 'maxclaw' command for all functionality
- Subcommands: chat, server, tui, config, analytics, dashboard, version
- Nested config subcommands: list, add, remove, use, active, test, export, import, search
- Updated README with unified CLI documentation
- Updated Dockerfile to use maxclaw.py
- Added .gitignore for __pycache__
